Book Your Free Water Test
Book a free water test in Boise, Meridian, Nampa or Caldwell and we'll be standing at your kitchen tap for about half an hour. Nothing to pay. Nothing to sign. Evenings and Saturday mornings go first. Plan on twenty five to forty minutes at the house depending on how many fixtures we pull from, and make sure one adult is home who knows where the water heater sits and where the main shutoff is, because we want a look at both while we're there.

What the half hour actually looks like
- We ask what you've noticed first, because the complaint points at the culprit faster than the meter does.
- We pull a raw sample from an untreated point, normally the outside hose bib or the laundry cold line.
- We run hardness, chlorine and a nitrate screen on the spot, reading each number out as it lands.
- You keep the written results. Compare them, sit on them, or take them to another company.

gets sent to a lab
Not everything can be read at your sink, and any company telling you otherwise is selling something. Hardness and chlorine are honest bench tests. Arsenic, uranium and PFAS are lab chemistry, full stop.

The sample point trips up more tests than any other thing
Here is the failure we see constantly. A house already has an under sink filter, or a previous owner left a softener in the garage that nobody has serviced in years. Test the kitchen tap and you're measuring that old equipment's output, not your water. The reading looks great and tells you nothing.
So we pull twice. One raw sample ahead of any treatment, one from the fixture you drink from. The gap between those numbers is the real story: it shows whether existing gear is working, coasting, or spent. On plenty of visits the honest answer has been that the resin in the tank you already own is finished, and that's a rebed conversation, not a new system conversation.
"We tested a well out past Kuna in August. The owner swore the water was fine. Hardness came back well into double digits, and the sulfur smell didn't turn up until the pressure tank had sat idle all morning. Timing changes what you find. That's why we ask when you last ran water."

The test costs nothing and commits you to nothing
You get real readings from your own tap, written down, explained in plain language, and yours to keep. If your water is genuinely fine, we'll say so and leave. If it isn't, we'll show you what a fix costs and you can take a week to think about it. Budget shouldn't decide who gets clean water, which is why we run a rental program alongside outright purchase.
