The Five People
Who Actually Show Up

Treasure Valley Water Solutions is Brandon and Jennifer Lambert, a husband and wife team, plus a water specialist, a service manager and a service technician. That is the entire company, and it is the same small group from the first conversation to long after the install.

Meridian, Idaho 83646. Ada, Canyon and Gem counties are our core area, plus Elmore, Payette, Owyhee, Boise, Valley and Washington by arrangement.

01

A five person company,
and that is on purpose

There are five of us. Brandon and Jennifer Lambert own the business and run it together, husband and wife, out of Meridian. Dave Hume is our water specialist, Robert K. Smith is our service manager and Chuck Austin is our service technician. That is the whole list. No branch office, no regional manager, no overnight answering service in another state taking your details and promising somebody will call.

What that rules out is the part worth caring about. The person who picks up the phone is the person who books the visit, and the people who fit your system are the same people who come back to service it. Nothing gets handed to a call center working off a script, and nothing gets thrown to a subcontract crew.

Being this small has costs and we would rather say so than pretend it doesn't. With five of us there are only so many appointments in a day, so busy weeks fill up and you may wait for the slot you want. In exchange, nobody here can quietly pass a problem sideways, because there is no sideways. If your system is wrong, one of five names owns it. You can read how the company started, and why we sell Hague, on our about the company page.

We are an authorized Hague Quality Water dealer. The equipment is patented and made in the USA, and the WaterMax is the flagship system. None of that is the reason to pick us, though. The reason is that the same five people stay with the job.

02

The five people you will be dealing with

Names, roles, and roughly how long each of us has been doing this. Between the five there is time in water treatment, quality control, electrical work and pond service going back to 1987. We have written the roles in plain language, because the job titles matter less than knowing what each of us actually does.

03

How the work is divided,
and who does which part

People ask who they will actually be dealing with. Here is the honest map. It is short, because there are only five of us and each of us has one part of the job to do properly rather than all of it badly.

The five roles, and the experience behind each one
Who Their part of the job What they bring to it
Jennifer Lambert The office and the schedule Owner and office manager. Books the free water tests, gets service calls onto the calendar and keeps the paperwork straight. Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, weekends by appointment.
Brandon Lambert Sales, and what your house actually needs Owner and sales manager, with more than seven years in water treatment. He works to make sure every customer feels confident and looked after, from the first conversation to long after the installation.
Dave Hume Working out the problem, and sizing the fix Water specialist with three years in water treatment. He is excellent at finding the problem and sizing up the right solution, and he goes above and beyond for the client.
Robert K. Smith The service side Service manager with fifteen years of solving problems behind him, seven of those in quality control and nearly eight in electrical. He likes tackling something new and is dedicated to customer satisfaction.
Chuck Austin Servicing and maintenance Service technician who started in 1987 servicing ponds with his dad, and has built, serviced and maintained hundreds of water systems and ponds since.

Why the same names keep coming back

A softener is a simple machine that fails in predictable ways, and almost every one of those ways is easier to spot if you were there when it went in. Knowing the house, the plumbing it sits in and the water it was sized for is most of the diagnosis. That kind of familiarity does not survive being handed to a rotating crew, so we don't hand it over.

We service what we install, and we will happily open a unit somebody else sold you rather than tell you to bin something with years left in it. What we install and what we service is set out on the water treatment services page, and the short version is softeners, filtration, drinking water systems, filter changes, salt delivery and repairs.

One thing a softener will not do

Fix everything. It does not remove nitrate and it does not remove PFAS. Hardness in Boise, Meridian and Nampa typically runs 8 to 15 grains per gallon, and water is not soft until it drops under about 3, so softening is usually part of the answer on city supply. On a private well, iron, nitrate, arsenic and uranium are all in play and need a certified lab to confirm, not a field kit and a confident opinion. We would rather lose the sale than sell you resin for a problem resin was never built to touch.
